  • Parking: You drive up the main road into the camp, there is a fork in the road. Right fork takes you up to 2-3 handicap parking spots at the hall, the left fork takes you to an open gravel area where general parking is done and there is a set of surprisingly sturdy and nice stairs up the hill to the hall. I would advise anyone bringing large amounts of gear with them to offload up by handicap parking and then move their vehicle after.
  • Food Ammenities: Crestfallen LARP is not a food business and does not have the proper license to provide meals as part of our costs. The main building at Knotted Pines has one large refrigerator, microwave, and sink available. Players are allowed to use the refrigerator for the storing of food (please label). This space is limited. Players may bring their own crockpots, instant pots, or other basic cooking devices to prepare their own meals. Players must clean up after themselves including all cooking devices and dishes. Pot lucks and player provided meals may be planned ahead of time. Please check our discord or social media to see if details are available. If you do not wish to prepare your own food, restaurants within reasonable distance are listed in this document.
  • Bathrooms: Claddagh Hall has a male, female, and handicap accessible bathroom available inside. There are also additional rustic restrooms found near the adirondack style cabins.
  • Showers: If you are interested in shower facilities, please inform us of this in your registration. The shower house is a rustic building and is weatherized unless we request its use. We will use the shower building every event. Please be respectful regarding cleaning as we go and not being wasteful with the water. There are two gendered based facilities.
  • Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in parking areas, cement pads, or stone pathways. Put cigarette butts in trays or cans. Do not smoke indoors, including vaping. We are willing to ban smoking if any cigarette butts are found. Please be courteous.
  • Sleeping: Claddagh Hall is sectioned off to have sleeping on one side and the meeting hall on the other. Adirondack and tent camping are also be available.
  • Camp Boundaries: When arriving on site, take the left hand gravel road to find the main parking lot. The building on the left and two buildings directly ahead of the parking lot are residences, please do not disturb. To the left is a large pond with a pavilion that we may use. On the right up the hill is Claddagh Hall which is used for check in and the meeting hall. Behind Claddagh Hall there is a large path through the woods holding a number of tent camping platforms, aiderondack style cabins, a shower house, fields, and more.
