3 Inch Round Stickers

Sticker Ninja has a really good reorder feature so getting additional copies is easy.

T-shirts

Prices from Customink are high but they quality is pretty good and they will do one shirt. A print shop that specializes in shirts is probably a better bet if getting more than one or two shirts.
